MemoriesOnTV 3.1.6 Released

MemoriesOnTV 3.1.6 is released. This is a minor bug fix release (see changes), which includes fixing an EXIF bug that affects pictures taken with certain Canon digital cameras. Should you run into any crashing situations with an earlier version, update to this and give it a spin. Do let us know if you have any questions.

MemoriesOnTV & MemoriesOnWeb 3.1.5 Released

We have released MemoriesOnTV 3.1.5. This release fixes a few minor bugs that were encountered by some users (see changes). A new addition in this release is the ability to auto-check for update releases.

We have also resurrected MemoriesOnWeb. This is a freeware that allows users to create slideshows for YouTube and other video hosting services, with the same ease as MemoriesOnTV. Do share this piece of good news with your friends.


MemoriesOnTV 3.1.4 Released

We have just uploaded MemoriesOnTV 3.1.4. This fixes some issues that PRO edition users are seeing. In particular, earlier 3.1.X releases take a long time to generate the video when subtitles are present. This has now been resolved. You should do the update if you’re using the subtitle feature.

MemoriesOnTV 3.1.3 Released

We have just released MemoriesOnTV 3.1.3. The bigger fixes have to do with (WARNING: Geek-talk ahead!) threading issues, which cause video generation to crash or hang under certain circumstances. It also contain minor fixes and enhancements, such as better EXIF handling, and localization support for transition and picture effects. In simpler words: get the update! :)

MemoriesOnTV 3.1.2 is released. This release fixes a couple of bugs, one of which causes the program to crash when the Disc Menu is activated at a certain resolution. Again, thanks to you, our users, for notifying us of problems encountered, and for helping us to track down the bugs!

WordPress Blog Setup

As you can see, we have finally setup a REAL blogging package (we have chosen WordPress). This allows us to organize and manage our postings easily, without having to manually update every sidebar links like the old days :)

As the postings are grouped into categories, it makes it easier for users to locate and browse the tutorials and announcements without having to comb through all the other unrelated ones. Hope you guys like it!


MemoriesOnTV 3.1.1 Released

We have released MemoriesOnTV Version 3.1.1. Thanks to all our users who have helped us flushed out the bad bugs that came with the new 3.1. MemoriesOnTV 3.1.0 Released

MemoriesOnTV 3.1 is here! We have added quite a fair bit of enhancements to this, in particular, support for ClipShows. These are pre-built mini-clips that you can use to build up your slideshows quickly. Find out more.

Also added are other enhancements like TMpgEnc Plus hook up (we know some of you are looking forward to this), EXIF support, non-Roman language text caption, as well as quality improvements. Upgrading is FREE for existing MemoriesOnTV 3 users. Do check it out!

Our new office!

15th August | Announcement, Musing

We have finally moved into our new office :) The office is still pretty bare, but I’m sure we’ll spice it up as we settle down into our new home. We’re also making good progress on version 3.1, and should release it sooner than we’ve expected. We’ll keep all posted when it’s ready.
